EKLA was retained as
landscape architect to design ad series of gardens and site structures to unify
the existing landscaping of a modern house built on a portion of a historic
estate originally designed by the Olmsted Brothers.
We designed perennial gardens for a raised area overlooking a tennis court;
a cloister garden for a walled dining area; a woodland garden and walk for a
shaded, sunken area surrounding a koi pond, and a rose garden for a private
terrace, and a scheme of tress, shrub mass screening s and beddings to redefine
vistas.
